About Alpine Psychiatry
A steadier path forward
Getting the right mental health care means finding a provider who accepts your insurance, fitting appointments into your life, and staying connected to care over time.
Alpine Psychiatry was designed to make that path more manageable.
We provide psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults through a combination of secure virtual appointments and in-person locations. By accepting most major insurance plans and designing care around accessibility and continuity, we make it easier to understand your options, begin treatment, and stay connected to care over time.
Why the name Alpine?
Mental health rarely changes all at once. Like navigating a mountain, progress often happens gradually: finding your footing, understanding the path ahead, adjusting along the way, and continuing forward one step at a time. That's what the name Alpine represents.
We don't believe mental health care should promise an effortless climb or a quick fix. We believe it should make the route clearer. That means creating straightforward entry points into care, reducing unnecessary barriers, providing consistent support, and helping patients understand what comes next.
The destination will look different for everyone. Our role is to help make the path more navigable.
Mental health care designed to be easier to navigate
Good psychiatric care starts with strong foundations: understanding what you're experiencing, developing a thoughtful treatment plan, and having consistent support as your needs evolve.
At Alpine Psychiatry, we focus on making those fundamentals work well.
Our patients have access to psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy, with virtual appointments making ongoing care easier to incorporate into everyday life. In-person appointments are also available at multiple locations throughout the region.
When interventional or advanced treatment options are appropriate, we can help coordinate care that includes Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and SPRAVATO® (esketamine), so exploring another treatment stays coordinated with the care you’re already receiving. The goal is not to make mental health care more complicated. It's to create a steadier path through it.
Care that fits more naturally into everyday life
Consistency matters in mental health care. Virtual care is central to how Alpine Psychiatry operates, so ongoing treatment isn’t dependent on getting to an office every time.
Many psychiatric evaluations, medication management appointments, and therapy sessions can take place through secure virtual visits, allowing patients to connect with their providers from home while maintaining regular follow-up.
For care that requires an in-person setting, Alpine also has multiple office locations throughout the region.
Together, virtual and in-person options create a more flexible care model, one designed to reduce unnecessary disruptions and make ongoing treatment easier to sustain.
Care that works with your insurance
Alpine Psychiatry works with most major insurance plans, making it easier to use the benefits you already have for the psychiatric care you seek.
Our team can also help verify your benefits and provide information about coverage before your first appointment, giving you a clearer understanding of what to expect.
Psychiatric care with clear starting points
Mental health needs are different for everyone. Your care should begin with understanding what you're experiencing and determining what makes sense from there.
A comprehensive evaluation that helps us better understand your symptoms, history, and overall mental health. Think of it as an in-depth review of your past and present, to provide clear direction in the development of a personalized treatment plan.
Medication recommendations and prescribing, ongoing monitoring, and adjustments as your needs change over time.
Therapy delivered through secure virtual appointments, focused on practical skills, processing challenges, and building strategies for daily life.
A non-invasive, non-medication based treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate brain regions involved in mood regulation, typically for treatment-resistant depression that hasn't responded well to antidepressants.
An FDA-approved nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression. Care is coordinated and administered under clinical supervision in a monitored setting. It's typically used alongside an oral antidepressant when other treatments haven't provided enough relief.
