Shanelle is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who provides trauma-informed therapy for clients seeking clarity, regulation, and sustainable change. She offers a grounded, collaborative, and heart-centered space that respects your unique stage of life, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation. With a diverse clinical background, Shanelle integrates mind-body approaches to cultivate emotional regulation, self-awareness, and long-term healing.
Life Transitions
Shanelle walks with individuals through the shifts that redefine daily lives and family dynamics. Whether you are navigating a divorce, a career change, or the end of a long-held role, she provides a steady presence through the emotional fatigue that often accompanies major life shifts.
Grief, Loss, & Caregiving
Shanelle has a special interest in the "wide lens" of grief. She honors traditional bereavement as well as ambiguous loss—the grief found in medical diagnoses, caretaker fatigue, or the "living grief" of watching a loved one change. Sensitive to the lingering impact of these experiences, she honors the loss of a loved one, a life stage, or a beloved pet. Through meaning-making, she serves as a guide in integrating these experiences into a new, hopeful chapter.
Culturally Affirming Care
Deeply committed to BIPOC-affirming care, Shanelle addresses the complexities of minority stress with compassion. She believes therapy must be tailored to the client’s lived experience and cultural background, providing a "soft landing" where individuals from all walks of life feel seen and supported.
