Integration Therapist
Life’s challenges can propel individuals toward growth or leave them feeling stuck—anxious, overwhelmed, angry, or disconnected. These experiences often shape relationships, identity, and overall wellbeing.
As an Integration Therapist, Kristen provides a safe, grounded, and supportive space where clients can process difficult life experiences and make meaning of the emotional, psychological, and somatic material that surfaces during interventional psychiatry treatments, including Spravato and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. Her work helps clients cultivate deeper connection, emotional regulation, and clarity.
Kristen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families impacted by trauma. She operates from the core belief that the mind and body are deeply interconnected—recognizing that past traumatic experiences are often stored in the body and expressed through physical symptoms, especially for those who experience emotions intensely.
Her clinical experience spans outpatient, home-based, school, community, and hospital settings. She has supported individuals facing acute, chronic, and complex mental health challenges and has specialized training in complex trauma. Kristen’s therapeutic approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating:
Somatic and mind–body techniques
Nervous system regulation
Relational and attachment-based frameworks
Meaning-making and integrative practices
Integration Work at Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry & Alpine Psychiatry
Kristen is passionate about innovative therapy modalities and currently serves as a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist at Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry (PIP), where she facilitates individual and group KAP sessions and provides ongoing integration support.
At Alpine, Kristen offers integration-focused therapy for clients undergoing Spravato treatment, supporting them as they navigate:
Complex trauma
Anxiety and chronic worry
Relational stress and patterns
Identity and sense-of-self concerns
Nervous system dysregulation
Depression and low mood
The emotional exhaustion of masking neurodiversity
Her role bridges mind–body awareness, post-journey processing, and the integration of insights, helping clients maximize therapeutic benefit and restore balance. Kristen understands that beginning—or returning to—therapy can feel vulnerable and uncertain. She meets clients exactly where they are, offering a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment that supports healing, self-discovery, and reconnection. She believes deeply in each individual’s innate capacity to heal and grow from within.
