Dorota Ketch is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (CRNP, PMHNP-BC) who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults improve their mental health and overall quality of life. She believes that effective psychiatric care begins with understanding the whole person—not just a diagnosis, medication list, or set of symptoms.
Dorota earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Anderson University and is board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University. Her educational and professional journey reflects a longstanding commitment to behavioral health and patient-centered care.
Before becoming a PMHNP, Dorota worked as a psychiatric nurse, Charge Nurse, and Nursing Supervisor at Horsham Clinic, where she gained extensive experience caring for individuals with complex mental health needs in an inpatient setting. She later joined Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry as a Ketamine Nurse, specializing in ketamine-assisted therapy and Spravato® (esketamine) treatment for individuals living with treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions.
Today, Dorota provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults. She has experience treating depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and treatment-resistant mental health conditions. She is also trained in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and has a special interest in interventional psychiatry.
What sets Dorota apart is her belief that mental health care should be personal, collaborative, and focused on understanding the individual behind the symptoms. She enjoys taking the time to learn about each patient's experiences, relationships, strengths, challenges, and goals. While medication can be an important part of treatment, she also values the therapeutic aspect of psychiatric care and strives to help patients better understand the underlying factors contributing to their challenges whenever possible.
Dorota believes some of the most meaningful progress occurs when patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to participate in their own care. Her goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help patients gain insight, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create lasting improvements in their overall well-being.
Dorota is licensed to provide psychiatric care in Pennsylvania and Delaware. She is also bilingual in English and Polish. Her diverse educational and professional background has shaped her holistic, compassionate, and individualized approach to mental health care.
