David Danish, MD

Founder and Chief Medical Officer

Dr. David M. Danish is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Alpine Psychiatry, where he provides clinical leadership, supervision, and strategic direction across Alpine’s growing care network. A double board-certified psychiatrist in both adult and child and adolescent psychiatry, Dr. Danish brings more than 15 years of experience delivering thoughtful, evidence-based mental health care.

He earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, where he received the Mastin Scholarship for academic achievement. He completed his adult psychiatry residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, followed by fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).

Dr. Danish is currently licensed in 40 states, supporting Alpine Psychiatry’s mission to make high-quality mental health care more accessible and easier to sustain across a broader range of communities. His clinical work has focused extensively on complex and treatment-resistant conditions, with particular experience in psychopharmacology and interventional psychiatry, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), ketamine-based treatments, and Spravato®.

At Alpine Psychiatry, Dr. Danish helps guide care models that emphasize clarity, continuity, and long-term support. His approach reflects Alpine’s broader philosophy: reducing unnecessary barriers to care while creating thoughtful, sustainable pathways forward for patients and families.
