Aubrey Spak, MSEd

Aubrey Spak, MSEd, LAPC, is a therapist based in Philadelphia who provides trauma-informed therapy for individuals navigating mental health challenges, trauma, recovery, and life stressors. She offers a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and work toward meaningful change through individual therapy, treatment planning, and goal setting.

Aubrey has experience working within community mental health, crisis intervention, child welfare, and shelters. Their clinical background includes mobile crisis response, hotline counseling, foster care and family systems work, domestic violence support, and case management. She values creating a space where clients feel emotionally safe, understood, and empowered. She approaches therapy with curiosity and compassion while recognizing the ways trauma, chronic stress, and life experiences can impact identity, relationships, and emotional functioning.

Alternative Wellness

Aubrey recognizes that healing comes in many different forms, and is open to alternative wellness practices and exploring well-rounded, holistic strategies that enrich quality of life on an individualized level.
